# Groups

A **group** is a named, coloured frame on the canvas. Use it to keep a squad, a feature or an
experiment together.

- **Create:** press **New group** at the top of the canvas (or the folder button next to the
workspace in the sidebar), give it a name and a frame colour.
- **Add cards:** drag a card into the frame. Drag it out to take it out of the group.
- **Move together:** drag the frame and everything inside moves with it.
- **Focus:** click the group in the sidebar — the canvas zooms to that frame.
- **Rename or delete:** from the group's edit dialog. Deleting a group keeps its cards; they simply
become ungrouped.
