# What you can do from the phone

> Workspaces, live agent screens, prompts, new cards and alerts — from your phone.

- **See every workspace** — how many cards it has, how many are working and how many are waiting on
you.
- **Open a workspace** — a map of its canvas, with every card and its status.
- **Read an agent's screen** — live, with zoom.
- **Send a prompt** — type it on the phone, or use the phone's own voice keyboard.
- **Add a card** or **create a workspace** — pick a folder on your computer right from the phone.
- **Get alerts** — while the page is open, it chimes and lists every agent that finishes or needs
you.

## Grid on a phone or tablet

Open the full app from the pairing link and it adapts to the device: a phone or a tablet gets a
layout made for touch, a computer's browser gets the app exactly as on the desktop.

- **Grid first.** A workspace opens as a grid of its agents — one per screen on a phone, two or three
side by side on a landscape phone or a tablet. Scroll from agent to agent; the cards you scroll past
keep their last lines, and come alive again when they're back on screen.
- **Header.** Switch workspaces, filter by status (needs input, working, done), and flip to the
canvas and back.
- **Prompt box at the bottom.** Tap an agent and type — autocorrect and the voice keyboard work.
**Stop** interrupts the turn the agent's own way. When an agent asks a question, **1 / 2 / 3** answer
it with a tap.
- **Full screen.** Open an agent to read its screen large, with a row of keys a phone keyboard
doesn't have: Esc, Tab, arrows, Enter, and Ctrl+C where it's safe. Swipe the top bar to move to the
next agent.
- Notes, to-dos, the browser and other cards appear below the agents as compact summaries — tap one
to see it on the canvas.

Prefer the other layout? The phone/computer icon at the top switches between **Mobile layout**,
**Desktop layout** and **Automatic**, and the phone remembers it. Grid or canvas on the phone never
changes what the computer itself shows.

> A card only runs while its workspace is open on the computer. If you open a card whose workspace
> isn't open there, the phone will tell you to open it on the desktop first.

> Push notifications to a locked phone aren't available yet — they need a permanent https address.
> Keep the page open to hear the chime.
