- Add a card or create a workspace — pick a folder on your computer right from the phone.
- Get alerts — while the page is open, it chimes and lists every agent that finishes or needs you.

A card only runs while its workspace is open on the computer. If you open a card whose workspace isn’t open there, the phone will tell you to open it on the desktop first.
Push notifications to a locked phone aren’t available yet — they need a permanent https address. Keep the page open to hear the chime.
